Will You Be Successful

A gentleman I admire greatly named Jason Seib sent out an email last week that I have to share with you! His information has personally shaped my life and professionally helped me to understand long term fat loss and people’s motivations.

In his video he talks about why some people are successful at reaching their goals and why others aren’t. It all boils down to self worth.


To quote Jason “you want to better yourself because that’s what you deserve, because you are awesome and your life should be as awesome as you can make it.”


You will not stick with any nutritional or physical activity changes if your motivation is hating the way you look. It has to come from a place of wanting what’s BEST for you!
