Guilt Free Thanksgiving

For years I struggled with food pressures surrounding holidays. Feeling like I needed to workout additional hours so that “I could” eat extra foods at Thanksgiving without gaining weight. And even worse restricting my calories days before so I had “calories to spare.”


What an unthankful and joyless way to spend Thanksgiving!

The reality is that one day is not going to make or break your health goals. What’s more important are your daily habits!
